The information within this blog is provided to assist you to seek redress from financial institutions, local government, utility companies,  and employers etc.
Everyone tends to put up with maladministration and appalling service, which is the rule rather than the exception in these times; however, it is possible to take action.
Over the last seventeen months a number of organisations have been pursued; to date, in the region of £16,636 has been recovered; Tax Free!
The sum represent the smaller claims that have been successful; there are number of larger claims still proceeding to fruition.
Throughout the period it became necessary to become acquainted with and research a great deal of legislation etc.
Under no circumstances conduct business over the telephone, always correspond by letter not email.
The following situations have arisen:
Financial Institutions accessing Credit Records without permission.
False allegations that there are outstanding payments to other Financial Institutions.
Demands for non existent bills.
False allegations made by employers

Etc….Etc….Etc….Etc….Etc….
Links to information and web sites that may be useful are provided.
The site is in it’s infancy and will be added to.
The intention is to develop the site to provide easily accessible information, links etc.
There are difficulties when dealing with official organisations such as the Information Commissioner’s Office who are responsible for overseeing the Data Protection Act 1998.
You will only be successful if you are prepared to stay the course.

Positive comment and input is sought to provide more help and information.

It is appreciated that the content has not been updated since site creation.
I have been  busy with my own claims.
An update as ASAP; (another £350 claimed )!
