Safety Camera?

We are led to believe that “Safety Cameras” are for our safety and not just for raising revenue; and that without doubt they improve road safety.
Take a look at the photographs!

In the first five you witness the vehicle parked on the incorrect side of the road; just below the brow of the hill. The vehicle, when leaving will need to reverse onto the wrongside of the road, into the path of vehicles coming over the brow of the hill! Is this demonstrating Road Safety?
In the next two photographs you see a mobile camera in the process of maintenance. You see that the pedestrian pathe is totally obstructed! Pedestrians will need to walk in the road to circumnavigate the obstruction. Again, does this demostrate a consideration of road safety?

Police vehicles appear to be able to park anywhere they chose. I see them regualy in disabled bays and footpaths in Lichfield and Tamworth. I moaned at one copper in the Asda car park, who was using a disbled bay and was simply shopping and all I got in reply was an abusive threat.
